Inspirations
Many aspects of life inspire me while it unravels its shell day by day. The lives of the people around me, the countries I visit and every relationship I establish with people, animals, and living creatures, so to speak, inspire my art. I love to explore all forms of art and seek to understand human expression through different genres. I love all kinds of visual art, sculpting, dancing, and listening the stories through movies and literature (historical, fantasy, and science fiction movies). I also try to express my thoughts and feelings through different genres of art. I love for example writing stories and poems. I love composing piano works and I love painting with different techniques as dry paint, pastel, watercolor, gouache, acrylic, oil painting, ink and digital painting. I love learning languages, I can speak several but I’m still trying to add a new one. I think it is the main gateway to learning a new culture. I love cooking and I love trying different dishes from various cousins. I think recipes and eating habits are another door to learn about a new culture. Learning new things is my engine throughout my life and I always try to expand my sight. For example, science and technology, Innovation and design are some of my favorite subjects. I love futuristic visions, which to me are the signs of the extraordinary intelligence of humans. But in the meantime, I also love studying history and the past because it is fascinating to me to see our evolution over time. I love feeling the period I’m working on with all my senses, and it opens me up, gives great insights into different times, different lives, different possibilities and constraints, different choices people made and their consequences. Nature, our Mother Earth and her cohabitants are maybe the most important and inspiring subject for me. That’s why I love exploring forests down to the tiniest grass and leaves, and feeling each and every living being there. I love hunting for signs of the coming season, trying to understand the cycle of life through nature. That's why, when I try to express myself through my art, I am aware that even the smallest detail is important if I want alignment with life in my work.
